Damp but not raining. DH has to renew his passport. I foresee grumpiness

Good morning everyone.
It's dry at present, but it has been raining. The poor car is still not happy so is going back to the garage as soon as DH gets home. I think we will probably need a new one sooner rather than later. Washing to do today.

Still quite dark here, but it's dry and the wind seems to have dropped. Think we're in for an overcast day though .
Got to make a Christmas dress for DGD today, can't put it off any longer or I'll have no margin for error!
