Good Morning Saturday

It is fairly still and very sunny here in Herefordshire, with a blue sky overhead. I wonder what is to come! I have not yet ventured out though!

Good morning from a bitterly cold north east. The snow started about midnight and by 1am the flakes were the size of dinner plates, when I went to bed there was a covering of several inches. I got up to go to the bathroom at 3am and the snow was gone and we had gales, the dustbins were blowing over up and down the street.

Strong wind a slightly sleety rain in N Kent. That's why I decided to have another hour in bed this morning.
Just a bit of housework to do, house is the best place to be today I think.

Sunny, blue sky in Preston this morning, we've had so much rain it's lovely. Hope it lasts.
Birthday party for 5 year old this afternoon. That will hopefully take my mind off other stuff.

Good morning and welcome to winter. Windy,rainy, cold and dark here in Colchester. Looks like a 'lights on all day' day. Pottering indoors and catching up on TV methinks.

High northerly winds and driving rain in North Norfolk! Not a good morning - in fact it's barely daylight. Yuck!

Hopefully it'll stop so I can move the tender flower pots inside which I forgot to do yesterday.

One of those days when I'm pleased to be retired - the forecast here for Monday looks lovely!

Morning All. Windy and cold, patchy pink clouds so maybe snow on the way but none yet in our corner of Somerset. Need to go buy some food. Least favourite job of the week. Hope Saturday is kind to you.

Up early this morning and sky full of stars. Now cloudy with a cold wind. No frost though. Must feed the birds they eat a lot more when it gets colder - more fuel I suppose

Good Morning to all. A light covering of snow here in Cheshire last night. The nasturtiums which were still flowering in my garden yesterday evening will be covered in snow. Winter has come suddenly.
