My friend who comes in to help with the garden brought me a summertime of lovely veggies, salads and fruits from his allotment this year. We moved recently and the new garden is not ready for growing our own just yet so that was a wonderful gesture. Lovely man!

Oh, that is lovely! I will admit to not being a naturally easy giver - ashamed to say I often expected something in return. Burnt a few times is my excuse for having been that way. But I've been working hard again on giving for giving's sake - and to see the joy on others' faces. And I'm realising just how wonderful it is.
