It looms large here as DGS1 and Sil are Derby fans (how dare they!!). Of course Forest won't win as we are embargoed!

Actually, I'm tempted to watch Salford against Notts County having been watching the 'Class of 92' (I think!) about the very nice Neville Brothers and 3 surly other ex Man U players who bought non-league Salford United.

Then again, it's Stenders and I daren't miss one of those or I'll never catch up!

Cloudy, dry and very mild in Tynedale, the car said 13.5°c!! That's warmer than most of the summer mornings. No plans today, just pottering in the house. Might go for a walk later, if the sun comes out.

Local primary school fireworks tonight it's forecast to be damp and warm so I'm digging out mac and wellies but leaving the woolly layers at home.

Wet on the ground but very mild and breezy on South Downs.

Cutting back the asters today and perhaps begin to tidy the bed they are in. I want to move some grasses but ought to wait until April I think.

It's warm and dull in North Leicestershire and looks like rain later.

We are holding our first Rhyme Time in the library today so no rain would be a good thing! I didn't quite make it to see mum yesterday so that is on the cards for today!DH and DS 1 are going to the match tonight so I will have the house to myself!

Morning All

It's very soggy here after last nights rain, but just overcast now and disconcertingly warm - the frogs have woken up and are getting randy. It's cncerning.

Art class this morning and I've actually finished the picture I started two weeks ago and am quite chuffed with it!
