I am 67 - again, how did that happen! I feel much younger in my heart, but much older in my health! How frustrating is that?
I am married to a retired GP who has PD and a dicky ticker. I have 3 lovely daughters whom I treasure and 7 GC aged from nearly 13 to 5 months: 5 boys and 2 girls. Six of them have 3 letter names and two have the same name - I do get mixed up sometimes!
Two DDs and 4 GC live nearby - so lots of child care and fun - and exhaustion!
My life is full of music - I run a choir and sing in a choral society. And our village is full of all sorts of activities in which I play a full part.
We live in absolutely the most beautiful part of the world and my desire to travel is zilch. I can look at our view all day and never tire of it - travel programmes on the TV will suffice for me. We are in Herefordshire on the South Wales border, and, rather than posting a picture of me, I am posting a pic of the view from our balcony at sunrise - magical. We sit in bed and enjoy this view every day of our lives and it makes up for some of the stuff that life has thrown at us.
