I don't know if this has already come up as I am often away for weeks at a time but have you noticed that words which were 'fashionable' when we were young are coming back?

I have recently heard:

Fab
Bonkers
No biggy

What have others noticed?

Not sure if it was a popular saying way back when, but the young ones today seem to use it an awful lot.

And the forties and fifties...'Cool' is... Miles Davis, the Modern Jazz Quartet and Dave Brubeck...

Oh, and I keep hearing 'hipster' all of a sudden - makes me think back to the late fifties, when Lord Buckley would begin his jazz version of the 'Friends, Romans, Countrymen' speech with "Hipsters, Flipsters, Finger-poppin' Daddies, Knock me your lobes...' Now he was cool...
