ninathenana Fri 15-Jan-16 00:28:38

It varies, fruit n fiber cereal, porridge or maybe poached egg on toast.

Do you eat supper ? Late night snack, not evening meal that is.

Wheniwasyourage Fri 15-Jan-16 18:49:14

Only on a diet day (on the 5:2) when I keep enough calories back to let me have a small piece of fruit before I go to bed so that I don't wake either of us up with my tummy rumbling grin

Are there any foods that you really can't stand - not allergies or intolerances, but just a taste you really hate?

NanKate Sun 17-Jan-16 08:03:47

Do you go out in the snow and how do your avoid falling over in the icy, snowy conditions ?

Bellanonna Sun 17-Jan-16 10:05:54

Yes. I walk in the road. So could end up in A&E either way, but at least on the road I can keep dodging in away from any cars. I love the crispy air and quietness of being out in the snow.

Do you keep the CH on overnight in cold spells ?

Anya Sun 17-Jan-16 13:32:23

I run mine on the thermostat during the winter. I turn it down very low st night so it only kicks in if the temperature drops to 12o or less. I'm usually snuggled up under a 13.5 tog duvet with a hot water bottle by then.

Does anyone remember chilblains as a child? Nobody seems to suffer from them these days.

Grandma2213 Mon 18-Jan-16 01:37:18

All my friends got chilblains Anya and I thought I was missing out as I didn't. I don't know why as my feet were probably just as wet and cold as theirs. My shoes often had holes in them!!!

Do you still build snowmen or throw snowballs? I love it!!!

shysal Mon 18-Jan-16 08:53:23

shysal Fri 22-Jan-16 07:24:34

Never wear hats, find them claustrophobic, have plenty of hair for insulation.

Wheniwasyourage Fri 22-Jan-16 19:41:50
