Haven't done for years but it used to be my job as a 9 to 18 year old and did it in our first home when married. I would imagine I could still do it!

Can you put up wall paper?

Yes. I can bake alright and I can cook vegetables but if I have to cook a meal for more than three people I get in a dreadful panic.

Can you light a real fire without fire lighters?

It's 65 years old

Does anyone think they are a terrible cook?

Fish and chips.

How old is your house?

I think not, living in Oxfordshire all my life. However, DDs are often told that they sound like 'carrot crunchers'. Of course the local accent is far removed from the 'Oxford' accent!

What, if any, is your favourite take-away meal?

When I was younger but not for the last 30 years.

Do you speak with an accent?

Yes, I was a nurse

Have you ever been camping?

Reversing an articulated vehicle. Took a long time to master but it's easy once you get the hang of it.

Since leaving school have you ever been in uniform?

No. I was born in Northern Ireland, spent my childhood in Cumbria, a few years in North Wales and am now in Lancashire. I feel close bonds with all of these places. (Definitely a Northerner).

What is the most useful skill you have ever learned?

I love the scent but it makes me wheeze so for me they have to stay outdoors.
Are you still living in the place where your born?

Two . English and French.

Do you grow indoor bulbs in the winter? Hyacinths, narcissus?

Never; can't be bothered and have never seen the point.

How many languages do you speak well enough to do some shopping or buy train ticket?

I don't remember it ever happening since I was a teenager.

American biscuits,hash browns with onions,grits,smoked sausage patties and two eggs over easy

When was the last time a man flirted with you?

I have two younger sisters (and three younger brothers). None of us are alike, personality wise though we look alike physically.

Being kind and reliable.

I was 60 but by 65 had 5 grandchildren!

What would you like to be remembered for?

My appearance! Otherwise I am perfect!

At what age did you first become a grandparent, if at all.

I can be impulsive but not often. That makes it all the more surprising to others!

If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?

I didn't realise I was reading Page 1. Really must do better.
