I hope the sun is out again tomorrow, I have hundreds of bulbs to plant, They are to replace those eaten annually by voles, mice and deer. Pheasants eat the berries, pigeons eat my grapes, herons and kingfishers eat my goldfish, rabbits eat anything they can get their paws on and mice eat the marrows and raspberries and cherry tomatoes, aided by snails. I think wildlife must cost me hundreds every year, what with fat balls etc.
