I'm wondering about this. For 40 years I have drunk black coffee by the gallon but just lately have been wanting milk in it. The question is has my body indicated the need for calcium as I age or is that fanciful? I realise the body tells you when it needs water through a feedback loop involving the kidneys and your stomach tells you when you're hungry but I have never really subscribed to the view that its any more than that in terms of specific vitamins and minerals. Anyone else experienced this?
So cross, my poor dried up pots….
as it saved time, and also buy a round of sandwiches to eat mid afternoon.
a little of what the doctor ordered....may partake of the grape as part of my 5 a day...what my body really needs is WD40 I am stiff and creaky in parts I didn't know I had today...
