Hoping you get over it soon - I had a similar fall, slipped and fell into the road. Although it was bad it could have been worse if I'd fallen under a vehicle.

Just had a message from glammanana DD to let us all know that she had a bad fall on Monday pm and fractured her right arm in 2 places above the elbow and just below her shoulder joint,she fell when in town slipping on a pavement.
glamma wont be able to use her laptop for a while so wont be around.
