Nice to know I have a birthday twin! I had a busy day. Closed on a house to live in and had two nice meals out. Now the hard part moving!

I've had a lovely day thanks Lona although I had to go to work this morning. It's DD's birthday on Monday so I have an excuse to celebrate jointly again this weekend

Today was mine! I just now thought to mention it. . It's been a lovely day! It's afternoon here and I'm off soon for a dinner with DH. No one else had one today?

Thank you everyone who has wished me a happy birthday, very much appreciated. I'm going to have a special birthday dinner this evening with my dear friend. She's bought venison steak and she made a big trifle and a big gluten free almond birthday cake last night ready for today! Hope I don't fall asleep after all that!

DGS2 made me a party with little jam sandwiches and lots of candles on a cake, including the number 43 As he couldn't find a 6 and a 5 in my cupboard he thought I might like to be that age. Bless! Only 5 and knows how to treat a woman!

Many happy returns to all yesterday's Taureans! Today is my turn. I'm off to my Aerobics class and then a seafood lunch with DH at Cafe on the Exe (floating pontoon in the middle of the estuary!). Shan't see either of my DS or DGC sadly as they live too far away from us, but hope for a phone call later.

It is my birthday today too. I have had a lovely time buying roses in Norfolk for my new front garden after several years of building work. I arrived home to find presents on my front door step including a lovely bouquet from my DD.

I miss my great parents everyday of my life. However we are the lucky ones, many others did not get on with their mother/father and don't have the happy memories we have.
