Beautiful morning - blue sky, mist over the river. I have started to surface from the flu and have managed a shower; and hope for a walk round the garden later.

Good morning everyone. It's bright and sunny and just a little bit warmer here in East Northants so we are walking followed by a picnic today! Fingers crossed it doesn't rain. Hope you all enjoy Easter Monday.

(After I've cleaned the house a bit - family Easter Egg hunt here yesterday and some of the carpet and furniture is a bit chocolatey)

The mist here in North Norfolk is more akin to low cloud. Hopefully it'll clear.

We had intended to go for a sail, but it's rather chilly too - not inspiring, so perhaps it's a feet up day today.

Good Morning, the sun is just breaking through the early mist and promising a lovely day in the North West. A peaceful, relaxing day here after feeding the crowd and catching up with all the family together at my house yesterday.

Lovely start today in mid Essex, sunny, cool and still.
DS and DDIL are doing a boot sale today and it is just the weather for it. They do two a year and we all save any stuff which might be used. They make a proper job of it ensuring that everything is clean and priced well laid out and usually make between £200 and £300 each time so it is worth the effort. Last time they made over 400.

Juliette. Your fog has just rolled down bank from the Potteries and landed up on the Cheshire plain.
Quite often we can be foggy here and up at Talke its clear or t'other way around. I want some please!

I too have asparagus Pittcity and hoping, if it stays warm, for a taste later in the week.

It was lovely yesterday so I hope the sun finds the way through.

My knee keeps slipping out of place and is painful, but I shall be hobbling out to meet a friend for coffee. She's been ill off and on since January so it will be nice to see her.
