Excellent charities

I have just come across this charity. I wonder if it is UK wide, or just a Devon thing?

One of my children went to uni in the area this charity is based. If the worst had happened and she had found herself homeless, and we were unable to help her, I would have blessed a charity such as this.

DD was at uni in that area too and I think I had read about it when we were down there visiting relatives.
Sounds a good idea.
I think it extends further than Devon:
