This one involves someone ringing you from "BT" saying you owe money and you will be cut off if it is not paid immediately. They have an answer if you say you are with another provider. They "prove" who they are by asking you to ring a friend and they will have cut you off. You can't get through as they have pressed the mute button and kept you on the line (unknown to you) so it all sounds right. DO NOT FALL FOR IT !! They are wanting your credit card details which you have to provide to pay the fictitious bill.
