Also, for any one of our Kitcheners who, like me, has a very nasty bout of toothache, I can HIGHLY recommend a certain toothpaste. The pain was severe and on-going for a few days. I did as the dentist suggested and to my delight, I'm now completely pain free. In fact, Tonight I shall enjoy my usual G&T with ice. Haven't dared do so for ages.
The snow plough is parked in the nearby layby. The islands are covered in snow. We've had a few light flurries so far, nothing settling. Mind you, the sky has changed from a very bright blue to an ominous lead grey.
Soutra I've a very ancient Beano (could be Dandy) annual. I shall retrieve it from the top shelf of the bookcase. Anything more I can do...you only have to say.
