A four line poem

A funny lady called Pam Ayres
Writes rhymes and poems which she shares
She'll soon be out of work I'd bet
With all this talent on Gransnet

Queen of the fairies I would be
Titania is the name for me
My user name will take a hit
When I shorten it to Tit

No pink house for us and pooches
But our caravan in Wales;
No rules and regulations,
Just smiles and wagging tails.

Now you've done it, I'm on a mission
To fulfill my life's ambition
Pantomime Dame would be my part
Crude and vulgar with a happy heart

I told DH what you said Nellie
His eyes didn't flicker from the tele
I said the bit about the beau
He mumbled 'hmm by all means go'

Yippee

Of rhymes I'm short
so I have to report
that rest I must take
until tomorrow I wake

Puss in Boots or Cinderella
I think Pompa is the fella
The star of Nellie's pantomime
In pantaloons he'd be sublime!

Still no good
The brain's gone dead
I know I should
Have ignored this thread.

Off to work to earn my pay
Thought I'd pop in on my way
To see if what you had to say
Was just as rude as yesterday!

We're getting so good at this kind of rhyme
That we should write a pantomime.
We could top the bill next Christmas time,
And our stage reviews would be sublime.

I'd need to win the lottery
To own a house that size.
Then I'd log on the internet
And start to spend my prize.

Round the Maypole's fluttering streamers
Dancing round to show their bloomers
Flash of thigh and glimpse of bosom
Oh, my lawd, its getting gruesome!

James is no fairy, he fights fire
Amy's a bit arty, must be a lover of pink
They wanted something that some would admire
but at first it did raise a bit of a stink

I'm on a diet now you see
Slim and svelte I soon will be
If I eat a chocolate biscuit.......
No! I really dare not risk it!

KatyK I think he's rather mean.
When that pink house fulfills your dream.
Tell him again you want to go.
And if he wont you'll take your beau.

Personally I think it's vile
Didn't even make me smile
That's because I'm rather grumpy
Short and fat and very dumpy!

It really is that bright
A while ago it was boring white
Neighbours could not believe their eyes
When James and Amy worked on their prize

All that pink is very scary
Must be lived in by a fairy
Maybe it is one called jingl
She said that it made her tingle

I'm a lady
In my prime
So I've fixed my brain
To think in rhyme.

You are all so clever and very bright
What is needed in such dull light
You bring such joy in every post
Just like warm and buttered toast

Does it scare
Any local horse
That might hack by?
I jest of course.

That pink house is too much for me,
It looks like a den of iniquity.
I wonder what goes on inside,
And what dark secrets they have to hide.

That really was an awful rhyme,
Shows no imagination,
I`ll try to do better the next time,
After a good libation.

I like pink, but that`s a bit much,
Too much of a sugary touch,
It hurts my eyes and sends me scranny,
But they`re still in business, so showing they`re canny!
