Good morning! Still rather windy here and drizzling, off to get vegetables etc. Daft DH and Dd off to climb Sugar Loaf near Abergavenny, every year they go off and do a long walk just before Christmas - last year was the
Long Mynd and they got hopelessly lost!

Morning Mick. I don't want to get up this morning. Been awake at 3 for the last couple of nights. Go back to sleep about 4.30 so tired when it's time to get up. feels mild but breezy here in kent. Hope your husband and D.D. feel better after their walk.

Still pretty dark but it looks to be cloudy with a stiff breeze but very mild.
I can sympathise with youkiora - I've been awake since 5 o'clock and could not get back to sleep, This has become a pattern recently. Off to get some breakfast now.

Off to see the physio for advise on knee/ankle/hip exercises in preparation for a 'keep moving and loose some weight' New Year resolution. I'm going to join a gym. Really. I am!

Today is the very long awaited dental operation at the local community hospital. So I need to get up, drive to the hospital early enough to find a parking space. It's ok to drive as being done by local anaesthetic.

Good morning all, I too seem to have a very different sleep pattern recently, odd that one or two others on here are suffering the same. We have a brilliant sun the east and thunder-looking clouds in the west, so not sure what the weather will be like, but off to play a little short mat bowls indoors. Enjoy your days.
