I just discovered that my DD calls him a really rude word that I would never use, but only when speaking to her sisters so as to spare my blushes.

DH calls him a b*msl*t because all that comes out is s**t. That really makes me giggle.

I hasten to add, we are very careful in front of the children.

Reading this makes me realise how lucky my DD (and I)are ,perhaps because they are an "older " at47 and 49 couple). My SiL is going on Christmas Eve and staying until the 27th. The children 15 and 12 are so pleased and I am relieved that at the moment things are amicable.

I expect idiot / spermie had already thought up their own plans for their perfect xmas day, and it doesn't include making an effort to entertain kiddies.
