I don't like her politics but used to think she was mildly amusing until I heard her on a phone in. The lady who telephoned was saying how difficult she was finding it to manage financially and EC proceeded to interrogate her in quite an aggressive way as to whether she had a pet (if so, get rid of it), a flat screen TV (horror of horrors, she did - much tutting ensued), satellite TV (she didn't), was she a smoker? (no), did she buy takeaways (no) etc., etc. Ghastly.
