Morning all! Too dark to tell what kind of a day we'll have but it wasn't quite as cold overnight (7° instead of 3°).

Morning Mick. Morning All

Just getting light here. Grey but dry. We had hoped to go to Minsmere for the day to see if the starlings are about. There's not many up this way.

(If anyone gets the chance to see The Full Monty stage show it's very good.)

Morning Mick, morning all. The sky looks slightly brighter here this morning. It would be nice to have a dry day.

Morning all.

I am so fed up with this dull grey drizzly weather. I need sunshine sad

Picking up DGS#2 from nursery then got to hang around in same building for an hour waiting for his speach therapy appointment. That's my day taken care of !

It was so dark here at 7 o'clock that I thought it was much earlier. Now there is a sort of misty rain. I think we are promised brighter weather after today so fingers crossed.
Enjoy your day.

Slept late again, so unusual for me, must be the dark mornings! Dull here, although yesterday I managed to get all the washing dry. It was just starting to drizzle as I arrived home. Enjoy your days.

Morning all - good day today its the start of Christmas in Melton Mowbray. It begins with the preview tonight of the Christmas Tree Festival which is a huge affair of hundreds of lit Christmas trees in the beautiful old church were Sir Malcolm Sargant was the organist. St Mary's is larger than Leicester Cathedral and the festival lasts all weekend and we get thousands of visitors. Juts as well at the fabric of the church is going to have a major refurb next year and install disabled toilets and access which will be wonderful. Tomorrow night its fireworks and Christmas Tree and Town centre lights light up. Sunday is a huge Victorian Christmas Street Fair. It really gets the season off with a bang. Have a lovely day y'all!!!

Morning all, it's just gloomy in Cheshire hmm

Morning! Coldest day so far - 2c according to the car thermometer. Very dark and murky on the downs. A kestral kept just ahead of me for ages flying from tree to tree. Very little bird song today.

Lots of dead voles and mice laying on the ground - a rook had found one and looked very please with himself.

Good morning all. Grey but dry here in East Northants. Hope you all have a happy day.
