Good morning to you all, dark and miserable here again, but off to play a little indoor bowls, then we shall be watching some partially sighted and blind friends play at a different club. We enjoy their company such a happy group, and VERY good at bowls. Enjoy your days.

Dull and chilly in East Sussex. Wasn't it cold yesterday. No wind today so what we have now will be our lot for the day. Roll on spring I hate the cold.

Dark! I can't believe how dark it still is. Drizzle and mist and dank chill. Horrible. I'm going to light the fire.

Good morning everyone. It was pouring with rain when I got up for work, but now the sky is clear and blue. Let's hope it stays that way as I have to take the dog to the groomer this morning.

Morning all! It's our WI Christmas lunch at the local college today. The students cook, act as waiters (all supervised by their tutors) and it's a lovely celebratory meal at a very good price. The dining room is reminiscent of a cruise liner and will be beautifully decorated. Looking forward to it!

Dank and murky here in mid Essex. I overslept this morning - not by much and shouldn't matter as I have no particular appointments today but somehow it just seems to throw me out for the rest ofd the morning.

Yet another dull grey morning here in N Kent. Trip to Tesco this morning fir food and to pick up my last pressie. Just the rest of the non perishables to buy now.

Good morning! It is a beautiful, crisp and sunny day down here in Bideford. There is, I hope enough wind to make it worth hanging out some washing, if only for the fresh air smell!

Theseus has gone for a walk - it will be good to be able to join him in the new year. I hope....

Fear not Nana there will be aplenty as none of us are driving! We are having a "chara" (as my DH likes to call a coach) to that end! There is always fun at our WI and today will come with festive bells on.

Mizzling here. DH should have been volunteer gardening today but can't go so my idea of slipping out to find him a Christmas pressie has gone out of the window. (He says he wants nothing - but will be disappointed if that's what he gets!)

mizzly sort of day and dark. Not too bad once I got going on the walk felt lovely and toasty after puffing up a couple of hills. Nothing planned today so will potter, perhaps wrap a couple of presents which I am no good at.
