Dark and overcast here too. I think it may be one of those days when it never really gets light. DD (Darling Dog) goes home this evening - but he's back next Friday - I wonder when dog sitting becomes dog sharing!

Good morning all, very dark here too, and we have seagulls gliding overhead, which makes it quite eerie, because it is very still. Spent an hour sitting on the beach yesterday, in brilliant sunshine, and feel so much better for that, not sure why. Enjoy your days.

Morning all! A grey day here. I shall spend part of it making chicken and mushrrom soup.

Amazing sunrise half an hour ago in Fife, but now grey. 41 years ago it was snowing in Tunbridge Wells on my wedding day. Hopefully we will have a seasonal smattering for Christmas along with some - Santa has 'promised' he will do his best to organise it for the gc's...............

Dull and windy here too in mid Essex. I like the sound of your chicken and mushroom soup thatbags. I find soup making very therapeutic on a dull day and a good standby in the freezer.
