Where's our Saltire?

I have no problem with the saltire aka St Andrew's cross and wish my fellow Scots and especially fellow St Andreans a very happy St Andrew's Day X

We were at Phil Cunningham and Aly Bain's St Andrew's Party at the Royal Concert Hall last night. With the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Barbara Dickson, the elite Scottish National Youth Pipe Band and various youngsters from the Conservatoire. Not a saltire in sight, but wow did it stir the blood, especially that heart stopping moment when the orchestra is giving it laldy and suddenly, unexpectedly, from the upper gallery, the pipes join in and half the audience is reaching for their hankies.

I was looking for some acknowledgment too anno .

Thanks annodomini Sad to say that I`ve gone off the Saltire a bit. The SNP seemed to appropriate it and they don't speak for all of us as was recently demonstrated. Very sad to say that they`ve made me a bit embarrassed to be Scottish. Brilliant eh
