Good morning Mick and everyone it's still dark here and looks very wet. I'm just about to get up to go to work but feel very reluctant to get out of bed.

Good morning from Cheshire. Dark, wet and miserable. My trusty weather app tells me the humidity is 91%. It would be a stay in bed day if did not have to go out.

Good morning all. A truly special sunrise this morning in East Sussex the colours were wonderful. No wind and only high cloud so hope for a dry day but "....red sky in the morning shepherds warning"

Well since my last post it is looking brighter. Blue skies and some low sunshine.

I now have a loaf of sandwiches to make for the "tea" for the orchestra for our choir concert tonight. Someone else bagged the soft option of making a cake. Enjoy the day!

Big grey blanket over us this morning making everything dull. But Elizabeth Barratt Browning once said "The blue of the sky is larger than the cloud". So, hope to get a glimpse of the blue, soon.
