It would be even better to report him to whatever organisation he is being chased by and never let on it was you. That will drive him even crazier.

The Idiot wouldn't tell DD where he is living as someone (NOT US) 'egged' his house. We needed the address so we could direct your spells and incantations more effectively!!

This thread is making me smile - thank you all!

As I said on another thread, he says he will call the police if he sees us around so can you imagine the phone call:

Hello officer, I'd like to report my Mil.

What has she done?

Sent me a Welcome to Your New Home card! grin

You're out of the loop, phoenix, what with all this working for a living! grin

I think you'll just have to do a search for previous 'Idiot' threads...

I think I must have missed something here........

grin Dare you!

I signed Ex up for tons of junk mail and handed his phone number out to all and sundry. I booked him up for double glazing quotes and all sorts of other exciting things. My sisters said it was horrible, and karma would get me back, but it wasn't, it was great fun! After years of misery, I needed to feel in charge and to have some power to annoy him. It's very therapeutic, just wouldn't advise anything illegal.

(Is writing a rude word in weedkiller on his front lawn at 1am illegal? )

Perhaps you'd like us all to turn.up on his doorstep I can wield a mean zimmer frame! Or I believe you can order maggots as fish food to be delivered by post . . . #justthinking grin

Great news Kitty, hope you enjoy whatever you decide to do!
We have a similar situation in our family. I felt no guilt when I wrote anonymous letters revealing the information to the CSA, VAT office and several debt-collecting companies who still thought he was at the marital home, now sold. As I mentioned on another thread, I am a placid, kind person normally, but like a lioness when someone hurts my family!

Lona Tue 07-Oct-14 12:27:36

Great news kitty, perhaps you should all pop round with a house warming gift! grin

glammanana Tue 07-Oct-14 12:14:15

kittylester Tue 07-Oct-14 12:04:40

Yep Ann but, as far as this issue is concerned, a bonus!! Bit weird of M&S - did you ever find out?

Agus Tue 07-Oct-14 11:31:56

Oh you must kitty. It would be impolite not to. grin

annsixty Tue 07-Oct-14 11:31:39

Pleased for you and your DD but surely a breach of the Data Protection act. I received flowers from M+S with no message but no way would they tell me who had sent them, to my mortification as I couldn't thank the sender.

janerowena Tue 07-Oct-14 11:26:42

grin

I think a nice moving in card would be very welcome!

gillybob Tue 07-Oct-14 11:23:00

Oh definitely kittylester I think you should try and find an Easter card with a picture of a fluffy chick and some eggs on it . grin

kittylester Tue 07-Oct-14 11:21:17
