I do always say that you get what you pay for; however, I do love a bargain (especially really good quality stuff cheaper as I don't mind if it's 'last season's').
I had a lovely gravy jug with its own saucer, quite unusual and not too expensive but certainly not cheap. I only have the saucer left as DD2 dropped the jug (full of gravy) on the ceramic floor.
You can also get very fed up with 'good quality' furnishings as well. Keep hoping my 3 piece suite will wear out as I am really fed up with the style and colour, but it just keeps on going.
