The sun is out now here but getting warm again.

Very late this morning. It rained heavilly during the night, and continues showery in Northumberland. The swifts appear to have left us to return south for the winter. Autumn will soon be here. What a pity, I love the summer time.

Just been told by DD that we're having a new addition to the family...the 4-legged variety

Hope those with vet visits go well.

Rained o/n here too but sun shining now. Hope the weather holds as off to Liverpool for a couple of days meet up with oldest friend.

Morning all.

Rained over night in N.Kent. It stopped about half hour ago despite the forecast for heavy rain all day.
The first down poor in a while and DH had left the shed open and the mower out all night

The sun is shining here in NW London. I also have a trip to the vet in an hour's time. Tara my cat does not understand why I have not given her any breakfast today so she is not speaking to me.

Has rained but could do with a bit more - later, eh?

I dont need the rain I have a half hours walk to the vets today

Late start for us this morning after DH's birthday "do" last night. I must remember that TWO glasses of champagne is TOO much for me these days! Had to get up for paracetamol and water at 3am as head was banging. Hey ho, the penalties of age.

It's rained overnight but is bright and sunny again now and still warm. Not much on until choir tonight so hope for a quiet day.
