Good Morning WEdnesday

Thick fog in the north east today. Had to drive 45 minutes to DS's because DIL got me out of bed at 8am to say that DS and GD1 needed looking after because both were quite poorly. Did my shopping and arrived at DS's to find dishwasher repair man in the kitchen with the whole thing in pieces. When I got into kitchen to make lunch I found engineer had emptied cupboards to reach plugs and so on, one job leads to several. Never mind, all got sorted and DIL was pleased to have it put straight when she came in from work.

Thanks rosesarered just annual booster for dog. Pergola not arrived, after numerous phone calls (I'll ring you right back NOT) it appears it won't be done today or for another 'few days'.

The sun is trying to burst through the cloud. Not even a slight breeze here in N. Kent.
I hope it's as nice a day as yesterday. We had the patio doors open a little for the first time this year

Beautiful sunny day, I wondered why my windscreen was covered in sand a couple of days ago, now we all know half the Sahara has blown into Europe. I'm sorry for those suffering with the hay fever, both husband and younger son are wheezy at the moment, it's such a shame that the good weather has a downside for some. Off to yoga later trying to build up to three sessions a week I always feel the benefit afterwards.

Good morning to you all, I too am "wheezing" today,Brendawymms most unusual for me, and think it is probably the pollution - they can keep that to themselves on the continent! Also ache after too much gardening and then bowls - I will never learn, and too late now! The weather looks as if it might brighten up, but as I am off to knit and natter not to worried this morning. Enjoy your days everyone.

Very sunny here in East Sussex but air pollution is high, according to BBC, which explains why I am wheezing today. Mungo goes to get his hair cut today ( he is a dog) so there will be a bald boy coming home later.

Dull, damp, misty, breezy and 5* - plus ca change. Waiting for the leccy man to fit a new meter. Woke up in a panic at 8 as he will be here 'between 8 and 12'. Knowing my luck it will be 11.59

Grey here too, but mild and still , no fog and not windy.Got huge pile of ironing to do this morning[it's been calling to me for the past week, it's cries getting louder every day.]

Seems sunny here. Workmen here all day erecting MiL's memorial pergola. I'm off to vet with dog soon.
