Spending it alone but going out for drinks this evening. Still in the pj's so may not bother to get dressed until I have to go out!

Am going to dinner with DD2 and my gorgeous GSs later - SiL is cooking. He does a mean Sunday lunch! My thoughts are with all of us who have lost a child. This is my second Mother's Day without my lovely girl.

As a child we used to have a special church service and each child went up to the alter to be given flowers to give to our mothers. A lovely memory in not so lovely a childhood

We are having a lovely walk at our nearest National Trust gardens then back home for my favourite, a roast beef dinner.
