I don't think we've done this, if we have it's a while ago.

What would you put in room 101 ?
I've got my engine running for a quick get away when I say.....F1!

* Drivers who pull out from a side junction when it really isn't very safe and then crawl along in front below the speed limit.
* Groups of people who walk abreast the pavement and expect me to walk in the road. I now stand still so they have to dodge round me!
* Nuisance phone calls

Aka/Ana, I also thought she kept saying 'in atrocious colours' I found out she actually says 'a choice of colours'. She can go in but so can soooooo much more I can't begin to write them all down, but I must put in anyone who says 'bored of' instead of 'bored with'.

"Contact us" buttons on websites. When you do "contact them" they never bother to respond so why have them?

JoyBloggs - you reminded me of when a friend had been followed very closely for some time by a young man in a car. She stopped in a narrow one-way street, opened her boot up and then went to ask him if he wanted to check it was empty and had nothing in he could possibly want. She then told his female friend to find another boyfriend to drive her around if she wanted to stay alive. I've always wanted that sort of courage !

Why, when they have been exposed so often are these pay day loans companies still in existence [and why oh why are they allowed to advertise angry].

whenim64 Wed 26-Mar-14 12:43:07

TV adverts for pay day loans, insurance for over-50s, furniture sales that last all year, motor and accident claims.

Junk mail, litter and officious councils who don't manage rubbish and recycling.

JoyBloggs Wed 26-Mar-14 12:20:16

Impatient drivers, especially those who follow about 3 inches from my back bumper when I'm complying with the speed limit...

Ariadne Wed 26-Mar-14 11:55:55

On TV - Cooking programmes; football; car programmes

In real life - men (usually is!) who park their supermarket trolleys in the middle of an aisle; drivers who don't indicate; middle lane hoggers on motorways; drivers who either go too fast or far too slow; junk mail.

Those men who scatter the sawdust around the 'long drop' loos on Skomer as if they were hamsters. (The ladies do it so delicately)

nb: Us vols have to clear the wasted sawdust up with a dustpan.

Chewing gum

chloe1984 Wed 26-Mar-14 10:07:55

Anyone who spits on the pavement or anywhere else other than a sink (which they should then clean quickly)

Dragonfly1 Wed 26-Mar-14 09:55:24

People who park in the mother and child spaces at the shops when they have no children with them. Makes me want to punch them!

Lona Wed 26-Mar-14 09:25:21

Ana I thought she said 'ladyboys' too! grin

People who don't teach their children to use toilets properly and not leave a mess!

merlotgran Wed 26-Mar-14 09:23:11

Items that are packaged in plastic that you can't open and the same goes for items that are fixed to packaging with tiny little wire twists or plactic clips. angry

Anniebach Wed 26-Mar-14 09:19:04

tv cooking

SKY rolling news - no more Kay and Adam on any other channel

Most sport - keep tennis and Six Nations

JoyBloggs Wed 26-Mar-14 09:05:08

Grannyknot So glad I'm not alone! I'm getting all agitated just thinking about it...

Grannyknot Wed 26-Mar-14 08:33:55

Joy so do I. It's like a red rag to a bull grin

JoyBloggs Wed 26-Mar-14 08:32:54

Top Gear... Aaaaaargh! Hate it!

Iam64 Wed 26-Mar-14 08:25:47

All adverts for on line gambling

whatsgoingon Wed 26-Mar-14 04:36:53

Neighbours who put their rubbish out days before the actual collection day.

All adverts for online bingo.

tiggypiro Tue 25-Mar-14 22:40:09

Going back to unpleasant neighbours, the 'Thieving B*****d' next door moved last week. I havn't met the new ones yet but we do wonder if we can have them on 6 mths trial !

Grannyknot Tue 25-Mar-14 22:31:01

Not only football, but also the busy TV sports screens, there's so much going on: split screens, commentators, breaking news, columns of results. They should issue one of those "contains flashing images" warnings.

Also "rolling" news, "24/7".

ROOM 101! I feel better already.

KatyK Tue 25-Mar-14 21:30:44

Oh yes bad neighbours. Had to move house once because of this and my daughter is having big problems now.

tiggypiro Tue 25-Mar-14 20:39:04

Definitely football and everything else to do with it - especially overpaid footballers.
Unpleasant neighbours.

KatyK Tue 25-Mar-14 18:12:03

Football (in fact most sport), snobbery, bad manners and Cilla Black!
