Hey Ho! (yawn) It's Sunday…I think Another night with no sleep on the horizon. Anyone else awake???

I've been awake since 4.30 - no reason really. I seem to be going through a phase. Once awake I'm "thinking". Most of it is complete trivia - wish there was an off switch! (by the wayI love these bunnies.)

I can relate to that one too Culag, I have a busy day ahead of me, and am going to have to manage it on about 3 hours sleep....not the perfect scenario. Blinking pain isn't it?

I'm awake too! I can't understand it but when I have a busy time I find it difficult to sleep. When I do nothing, I sleep like a log.

Anyone out there? Spent a happy 4 hours yesterday with one of the pupils from my school (respite care). Unfortunately it has come back to bite me on the bum. He spent a lot of time on a climbing frame, which meant me looking upwards a lot. Totally oblivious at the time of what this would do to the fused vertebrae and arthritis in my neck...from shoulders to forehead is now just a mass of pain......goshdarnit! Managed a couple of hours, but can't get comfy at all .....not a happy bunny tonight!

I do get that, every couple of months, I am used to it and it goes away in 20mins to half an hour - but this is something different.

I get visual migraine but without the headaches any more. Hope it's nothing more Alie

It could be "just" a migraine symptom, Alie. Doc will be able to diagnose, or send you to a man who can.

Happened once last week, went away. I thought 'better do something if it happens again'. Last night I was panicking, heart thumping, yuk. It went away again, but....

Alie, I hope the doctor gets back to you quickly. Anything to do with eyes is disturbing. Hope it's not a problem.

I am sure the swimming will thanks Alie Hope you don't have to wait too long for your doctor's call; you are very wise to check it out though.

Unusually early for me...not a great night. I had worrying eye symptoms late last night and need to phone the doctor - complicated by my car being due to go for MOT this morning and I may need it, so must phone the garage first......

I was a bit apprehensive about sleeping as I have a 7 day heart monitor to try to capture the palpitations on record. However I located my money belt in the depths of the wardrobe - which has an elasticated waist - and put the monitor in it. Wires going up and out of the neckline of nightie. It was fine! I also found £120 pounds in the money belt so that was pleasant surprise.

Morning! Watching CBeebies with two youngest DGC while their parents have a lie in. Well, they are watching it....
