To both of you suffering this I can only send my sympathy. I felt when I had it it was the worst pain I had endured, I could hardly move, but on a positive note that was many years ago and I have never had it since.

Every time I move, it`s "Ooh, Ouch, Ohhhhh!!!" I think the family are getting a bit fed up with me now, but if I`m suffering, so can they! Don`t really mean that, just want a bit of help and sympathy, that`s all!

number ! Poor noodles and you having sciatica . DH's (rather large) friend was suffering from it and suddenly felt the need to lie down on our hall floor. When he tried to get up again, he held on to the radiator, pulling it away from the wall So keep away from radiators!

noodles My sciatica was a trapped sciatic nerve and it lasted several weeks -sorry- but it gradually went away and as I said it has never come back so all good wishes for a similar outcome
