Myself and a few other men have complained to our local leisure centre about classes which only ladies can use. Our argument was they were not providing men only classes and if the ladies wanted ladies only classes without equivalent men only classes the ladies which use these classes should pay extra as it is a council leisure centre for everybody to use. They have done a survey and found that none of the ladies going to these classes were bothered about men being in them. As far as I am concerned any ladies who want ladies only classes should go to private gyms. The membership fees are a lot higher than the local leisure centre but that is their problem.
gracesmum, your mention of juggling jellies brought back to mind the view up the men's shorts! The most modest men wear lycra cycling shorts with baggy ones over the top, by far the best look. Am I the only one who admits to watching a certain area when viewing men's athletics? Quite distracting! I guess that makes me an ogler.
I am reminded of yoga classes led by men I have been to over the years.
One flirted with an attractive young woman in the group, another was obviously getting off on having a large group of women bending this way and that at his command (this impression was confirmed when he was overheard making a comment about a certain part of his anatomy tingling) and third must have omitted to put his grundies on before donning his track suit bottoms so that it was as though a sleeping snake was flopping backwards and forwards as he moved into yoga positions.
A younger man and woman in the bums and tums group has advised us they are getting engaged on valantines day and the wedding is happening in 2014. They said they went to junior school together and they met again at the bums and tums class. The only slightly strange thing is he is about 5 foot 6 inches and she is about 6 foot 3 inches. I can only wish them every happiness.
Why slightly strange ? does everything have to conform ? I think not as long as they are happy together it doesn't make the slightest difference good luck to them,I hope comments are never made about my 6' 2" DS and his fiance who just makes it to 5' 1" and a half (most important that half.)
