Thanks everyone! I phoned up Vodaphone (using the house phone!) and a really nice young girl talked me through opening the back of my phone, taking the battery and Sim out, then waiting 20 seconds and putting it all back again. I had to go through another process as well, but I've forgotten what that was
. Anyway, she told me that her mum has the same problems with technology and if there were any more problems, all I had to do was phone again! Bless her!
