Here I was, well and truly marooned, thanks to a violent storm that flooded our village and knocked out our phone-line, without the means to pop into Lil's for a longed for G&T and a cosy chat with a few of my mates in the decent enough snug... and you were up to 'anky panky in the games room...as for the garter, that sounds suspiciously like something that Lil would have lost doing her yoga exercises. She can raise her leg up so high, it finishes wrapped around her neck. Super-human, that gel!

Lucky for her I was snooping around. She was stuck on one leg doing pirouettes in ever decreasing circles. She might have disappeared if I hadn't caught her and spun her in reverse!
