I don't think I have a simple mind, but I am pleased by simple things. Today the sun is shining and I have been able to hang out the towels on the washing lines in the patio rather than put them on a rack in front of the radiator in the utility room. 
My dad spent 40 years mastering his craft, and last week someone half his age told him how to eat.😠
