From the toes up - pinkish nail varnish, walking sandals, off white cargo pants, white sleeveless cotton sports top, wedding ring etc, gold chain and a red scarf/hairband - and oh as I have just had my dinner 2 dinner medals (I will have to remember to change before walking the dog)

I sound like a fashion nightmare whereas there appears to be a lot of glamourous grans out there.

Pink and white fleecy slipper socks,navy cropped sports trousers,navy and white three quarter sleeve t shirt,no jewellery or make up,hair being cut tomorrow is pushed back with eishas Alice band,am hot and disgruntled as I have fought a losing battle with her bedroom from 09.00 until 15.30 when she came out of school and preceded to litter it up again,have the last laugh though threatened to throw any rubbish on floor in the pile for the tip where it is going tomorrow,oh and a chain with NAN on it and glasses....may take a leaf from Anagrams book,I too like to be comfortable and can often be found first thing in the morning doing housework wearing only rubber gloves just dread anyone coming to the door though.

Oh and I forgot red nail polish on my toe nails.

red nail varnish, extremely chunky "Cat" slip on sandals - soles are like tractor treads and tops wrap around black suede. Zara black linen trousers, a few years old. A whitish t shirt with black and grey flecks. scoop neckline (last year from Next. Earlier when i was running a meeting it was a rather simple tailored top, in a white, yellow and green print. but it was lined so i changed into cooler when i got home. Gratified to note that it used to be snug and now fits nicely). Chunky brass kind of necklace thing. plain Rotary watch. a bit of makeup inc, today bronzer to get my face nearer the colour of the rest of me.

Fuschia pink varnish on my toes, bare feet; navy jersey trousers (was wearing navy linen earlier, but have changed), patterned M&S smock top and grey cardigan - and, on the top of the lot, a red and white striped apron. I have the remains of makeup on (it went on at 9.30 this morning), and white pearl drop earrings and a fake pearl "floating" necklace. My wedding ring and a topaz and diamond ring are still on, but when I come in the house I immediately take off any other rings I am wearing, and my watch (and that's when I put on my apron!). I am afraid I feel uncomfortable if I haven't got my apron on in the house.

M&S jeans, blue; pink and white striped Land's End shirt; navy blue wool sweater, M&S; blue and white striped socks, Makro; navy blue shoes, Seibel. It's none too warm up here in Fife!!

It was the done thing in that generation , wearing pines soddit pines pinnies!!! you stupid operating system.
Their skirts were woollen and rarely if ever got cleaned. Crossover cotton pinnies were always worn to protect them unless "going out".

what a brilliant idea I have an apron,I could pop it on to my hide my assets when I am doing the housework.....will be fine unless they want me to go and get something....

Gold sequin fitflops, black and white striped trousers and plain white T shirt. Tarty dark nail varnish on toenails. Don't wear wedding ring in the house. Not exactly warm here today but comfortable in the house.

Very plain and ordinary here. Pink slipper boots, black cotton skirt, bright yellow t-shirt, no jewellery apart from wedding and eternity rings. Oh, black and white patterned hairband.
