winter fuel payment

Unless there`s another person living there who`s 60+, in which case the payment is divided between you, like with my husband and myself.

There doesn't seem to be any reason why you shouldn't be eligible. If you get it now, you should continue to get it. If you haven't reached the age to claim it, you will get it automatically when you do.

I would think that you would, britvic1, because you'd be resident in her house and therefore entitled to this money wherever you live.

Hi, does anyone know if i would be entitled to the Winter fuel payment if i go and live with my daughter? I have looked on sites but can't find the answer
