That's the one thing about a hangover, flower, they finally go away! The knee has arthritis, and yes, sometimes moving helps. Then again, sometimes it doesn't! Hey ho.

Happy for you Ariadne for the good news of yesterday and sorry for your painful knee. Does it help when you get out of bed and move around.

Following my post yesterday about my hangover - still ashamed but bared all for GN -its great to be up and about today and feeling normal.

I hope it subsides soon and that yesterday's great news somehow helps to counteract the pain of your knee!smile

Have been awake awhile as DH out at 5:30 too get plane to Munich to watch his football team in European Final!

It has been a long, long road for them, and us too, watching them. Anyway, looks like there will soon be a new grandchild! How good is that?! We've read all the literature and been interviewed, so I know there's work to be done, but.. Xxxx
