Paper dolls for save the children

Loved reading the book with the grandchildren. Paper dolls are lined up across our local bookshop window Mostly Books in Abingdon, ours are still work on progress but hopefully we'll have ours up shortly.

My 16 year old granddaughter and her friend are busy colouring in the paper dolls. They look so studious, by that I mean the girls!

Just seen that the local Waterstones is joining in and coloured dolls can be dropped off there. A nice activity to do with my grandson when he comes to stay tomorrow. smile

Macmillan are issuing the paperback version of Julia Macdonalds book 'The Paper Dolls'. To celebrate they are asking everyone to join them in making the longest chain of paper dolls for The Guiness Book of Records. For every doll submitted they will give 10p to Save the Children.
