grannyactivist have you found somewhere? Did you know that now these organisations have to 'tender' to the local council in order to care for people? Thanks Stansgran.

I wish something like this had been available when we were looking for support for a relative who has both learning difficulties AND mental health issues PRINTMISS.

In July United Response is celebrating it's 40th Anniversary. United Response is a charitable organisation caring for people with disabilities and mental health problems. If you see a "4Tea" sign, please support them. It was one of the first organisations to provide residential care for young adults with learning disabilites, and has cared for our son over the past 40 years enabling him to lead a happy independent life. Thank you.
