I used to read every James Patterson book, but in recent years I found them increasingly violent and went off them. As others have said The Alex Cross and Women's Murder Club are good, and best read in order.
The Women's Murder Club series is the only James Patterson series I read. Mostly now he lends his name to other authors as Co writer. His books are some of the most borrowed in our small library. Easy reading but not much meat on the bones. I think he has done a lot to encourage young people to read more.
If you want to see any author's books in order consult the web site fantastic fiction . They are a great source of information . By the way I just cannot get into James Patterson's books though I am an avid reader.
I was reading an interesting article in the DM today about the author James Patterson. I’ve never read any of his books. Can you recommend one of his books to start with? Thanks.
