I must admit I did not know a lot about this actor before I read his book but I found it fascinating. It is based round the BBC filming his story for " Who Do You Think You Are " but behind this story was the the terrible abuse he and his brother suffered from thier father . Part were difficult to read but well worth it and hat off to him for rising above it all.

Ive just downloaded it for my Kindle as it was their deal of the day this week. He won an autobiography award for his writing.

I have read it recently and really enjoyed it although he is not an actor I had heard of. Shows how indomitable the human spirit can be .

Just downloaded it. I saw him in a sit com about air crew. It was called something like The High Life. I enjoyed it.
