I never know what to say when I read posts like this. Sorry just doesn't seem enough but, I am genuinely so sorry for the sadness you are going through.

Smurf, it has indeed been a very tough year for you. Many of us will have experienced bereavements, especially given our time of life but, to have two young people die adds to the loss x

So sorry Smurf. What a terribly tragic year. I’ve lost someone to suicide, and a friend to cancer and lost a child. I’m not saying that for sympathy, it’s just that
Sometimes I thought I’d never get through. I just wanted to say that you do, and you will. Slowly, take baby steps, you do learn to live again.
I hope you have someone you can talk to about the ones you’ve lost, but also how YOU feel. If not, talk on here.
