Another dog attack!

Have woken up this morning than another child has been savaged and killed by a dog in Milton Keynes. When is this going to stop , what is the answer?
Is it true that there are no bad dogs just bad owners? I am not convinced about that - . I know this has been discussed on GN before so I apologize for this post . It's just that I feel sick this morning after reading about this poor little girl .

There will be more, until we finally accept that dog owners need to be regulated, because it is clear that self regulation is not working. There will be a price to pay but how much is a child’s life worth?, £50?, £100?.
