Just spoken to pension service. They have list all my paperwork, marriage certificate etc. Last week wasn't old received and waiting to be scanned .
Now it's lost.
Waiting phone call from complain department.
Any advice?

Ring again keep a note of who you spoke to, date and outcome. Ask to speak to someone in the complaints dept, if you get no luck on that then ask to speak to their supervisor. All else fails contact your mp.
