Census this Sunday night.

I'm confused about the doing it in advance thing. On the form it says to complete on or after the 21st. Not before.
I know a lot of people are going on-line and completing it in advance- but is it still taken as where they would be on the 21st or where they are on the date you fill it in?

You can actually do it in advance.

In past census people have put the place they are at overnight on census night. ie Hospital, ship etc. Students are being asked to put both their home address and university address on the night of the census

He should be included in the household if he returns home the next day after finishing his shift.
