Unfortunately this lockdown started just after I was recovering from an op and taking it easy. It is now 6 weeks since I have done any of my classes, tennis or swimming and I now feel I have lost not only muscle tone and stamina but also the urge to do anything. I have enjoyed the lockdown so far, having peace to read,do jigsaws and cook etc but feel quite unfit now.How can I motivate myself and what keeps you going?
