All good suggestions, I like Love Cake or something to do with cake, if homemade cake is going to be your "pull" for customers.
Your main aim is getting customers in the cafe and then build up a regular customs with your delicious, irresistible cakes.
Mmmmm! I would be a customer! I love cake!

I wouldn't use Forget-me-not, cute though it is, in case it caused distress. Didn't it used to be the Alzheimer's logo at one time?

It needs to be a name which will tempt people to come in and enjoy your food. Or make them curious about the name (and they'll come in and ask)
Once inside they could be told, via posters and flyers, where the profits will go.
